Visa and property – all in one place

Don’t get lost in the maze of visa procedures – we help you handle everything, even while you’re still in Europe. Just as with property law, visa rules and options can be confusing, but there is always a suitable solution that allows for long-term stays and even property purchases in Thailand.

We work closely with our trusted local visa partners to always find the best option for you, providing full support throughout the process – sometimes even before you arrive. With countless possibilities available, choosing the right one can be overwhelming, so we guide you step by step to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
